This is an opportunity to share end of life interests and concerns with like-minded people in a safe and confidential environment. Some topics you may want to discuss: How best can I prepare my family for my death? Describe a "good death" you've been part of. What would your "good death" look like? What are some of the hardest things about aging for you and why? Will a long illness cause a financial burden on your family/others? What are your regrets as you face the end of life? How do my religious or spiritual beliefs influence my end-of-life decisions? Which logistics of the dying process most unsettle you? Did my family talk about death? What do you most enjoy about being alive? What am I proud of as I review my life and why? Considering various means of a final exit, which is best for me and why? Who is your medical POA to make decisions when you can't? Does she/he know your end of life and medical wishes? What can I do now to ensure I have the death I want? Do I have an updated living will? If not, what happens if I do not? Who do I want around me as I die? Under what circumstances might I want to hasten my death? How do I hope to be remembered? What will be my legacy?
