How to Join

Membership

OLLI-UA is a member-run volunteer-led organization. A membership unlocks unlimited access to hundreds of classes, social events and more during the year - all at an incredible value. Our fiscal year is July 1 through June 30. Depending on the time of year we offer both annual and semester based memberships.

Steps to Join

1. Review class offerings and program locations. Decide what interests you most.

The first step is to review our offerings and see what classes might interest you most and where they take place. See current offerings here.

2. Choose and purchase a membership – one flat fee for all your classes.

Our fiscal year runs July to June each year.

Our annual memberships at the start of each fiscal year offer the best value but semester memberships are available across our program.

An ALL-OLLI / Central Tucson Membership gives you access to all our offerings across OLLI both in-person and online. This is the only membership that gives access to the Central Tucson Campus.

Our Green Valley / Online Membership gives access to all online classes and/ or classes in Green Valley as well as field trips and dines out events:

• Green Valley (Fall, Spring)
• Online (Year Round)

3. Register for classes.

After you purchase a membership, you're ready to request classes and events. It is just like an online shopping system. 

Log in to the OLLI-UA registration system and browse classes you want to take and add them to a shopping cart and remember to check out to ensure your registration is complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I take a class without purchasing a membership? OLLI-UA is a membership-based organization. A membership is required to take OLLI-UA classes.
• Are there other membership benefits? Yes! You will also join a welcoming community of lifelong learners that offers social and volunteer opportunities. As a member you can also apply for a University of Arizona CatCard which has a number of benefits like University library access, student discounts,  an edu email address, access to software like MS Office and Zoom and more.
• What is your refund policy? View OLLI-UA's refund policy here.
• What if I can't afford a membership? We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to join OLLI-UA and share in the experience of lifelong learning. OLLI-UA has a limited number of Membership Fee Waiver opportunities for those who could not otherwise belong to OLLI-UA for financial reasons.
